I have a lot of documentation to write for this yet, but it now has an official website at https://residents.rest and an npm package at https://www.npmjs.com/package/residents.

Residents can now be used in a few ways:

- `npm install residents`  
- Clone the repo and use it as a foundation
- Use it as a template with Github's "Use this template"
